More than any other province in Canada, British Columbia has the potential to ride out the coming trade war and transition to a cleaner, healthier post-Trump world.

The key is our publicly owned network of renewable energy infrastructure. With our water, wind and solar resources, B.C. could be a fortress of clean power (and political sanity).

But that’s not something we can take for granted. In fact, foreign oil and gas companies are moving right now to take our electricity – and force all of us to pay for it.

While Donald Trump keeps Canadian politicians busy with tariff threats, his filthy rich Wall Street allies have walked in the back door and set up shop in Northern B.C.

They plan to hijack billions of dollars’ worth of electrical infrastructure to power LNG terminals – all so investors can boost their profits while getting new markets hooked on fossil fuels.

There’s still time to stop this corporate takeover – and use our clean power network to advance reconciliation, reduce the cost of living and create good jobs in every corner of B.C.

Step one: stop approving new Hydro-powered gas terminals.
